Agartala Press Club Condemned Tripura Power Minister's Misbehave With Journalists

Journalist community has already protested about this incident. Agartala Press Club has released a statement protesting the incident where Journalists and photojournalists faced disrespectful situation by Power Minister Ratan Lal Nath while gathering to collect news at the invitation of ruling BJP party

In a statement Agartala Press Club mentioned:

The journalists and photojournalists unexpectedly faced a very disrespectful situation while gathering news about their political program at the invitation of the ruling BJP. 

Power Minister Ratan Lal Nath, tried to humiliate journalists in an ugly and distorted manner. 

He addressed the journalists and said, "Khaiya daiya kam nai (No work no duty)" to the journalists. 

Agartala Press Club strongly condemned such behavior of a minister. 

Tripura Working Journalists Association also said that:

The members are shocked and saddened by this behavior of the minister. The members of the association strongly protest such a statement of a responsible person.

Notable that BJP Tripura Pradesh organized a protest rally in Agartala on Saturday. Party also invited the media to cover the news. 

But as the journalists and photographers reached at the spot to collect the news, suddenly Power Minister of the state Ratan Lal Nath lost his temper and misbehaved with the journalists.
