Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina Sent Mango, Hilsa As Gift To Tripura CM

A few days ago, the Chief Minister of Tripura sent Queen Pineapple as a gift to the Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina. These pineapples are sent to Bangladesh through Akhaura check post.

This time the Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina sent mangoes as a gift to the Chief Minister of Tripura.

Bangladeshi officials handed over the mangoes to the state administration officials at the Akhaura check post on Thursday. 

Mohammad Rezaul Haque Chowdhury, First Secretary of Bangladesh Assistant High Commission Office, Agartala was present there. 

Speaking with the press he said that the Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina has sent the famous 'Hari Bhanga' mangoes the national fish of Bangladesh Hilsa and 'Rasagolla' for the Chief Minister of Tripura. 

He also said that Bangladesh has a good relationship with Tripura since before the liberation war. That good relationship is still maintained. 

It is known that on this day, the Prime Minister of Bangladesh sent 400 kg of mangoes, 50 kg of hilsa fish, 50 kg of 'Rasagolla' for the Chief Minister of the state Dr. Manik Saha.
