Budget 2024 Visionary- CM Manik Saha. 'It Will Enrich Rich, Not Poor' Said Jiten, Ashish

The Chief Minister of Tripura Dr Manik Saha mentioned the Union Budget 2024 as visionary budget.
Reacting to the budget, he said, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented a visionary and inclusive budget in Parliament on Tuesday under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the all-round upliftment of the poor, youth, farmers and women.
"Budget 2024-25 will act as an effective catalyst towards realizing the dream of a developed India and will act as an important step towards realizing Antyodaya's dream. This budget will be the direction of the future to strengthen the foundation of the 5 trillion economy".
He also said, the budget is an unprecedented step by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government to expand rural infrastructure and banking services.
On the other hand opposition CPIM strongly criticized this budget.
Reacting on the budget CPIM Tripura Secretary Jitendra Choudhury said, overall this budget aims to enrich the rich and impoverish the poor. There is also a call to protest against this budget .
State Congress president Ashish Saha said that this budget did not meet the expectations of the people. The budget has been termed unpopular.
The Congress president also criticized the budget for not having anything to do with the issue of unemployment and price rise
