The Men in Blue have landed in Dubai with swagger and serious intent as they kicked off preparations for the T20 Asia Cup 2025 on Friday. Under new captain Suryakumar Yadav, India are chasing their second Asia Cup T20 crown in the eight-nation battle beginning September 9.

The biggest buzz? Jasprit Bumrah’s fiery comeback to the T20 fold. The hero of the 2024 World Cup final looked sharp in the nets, exchanging laughs with youngster Abhishek Sharma but all focus when steaming in.

Adding flair to the session, Hardik Pandya’s bold blonde hairstyle turned heads, while Sanju Samson, Tilak Verma, and Rinku Singh added intensity to training. With Gautam Gambhir and Morne Morkel at the helm, the camp oozed energy and purpose.

India begin their campaign against UAE on Sept 10, before the blockbuster clash with Pakistan on Sept 14 in Dubai. The group stage wraps up versus Oman on Sept 19 in Abu Dhabi.
