Cadre of Banned NRFM Arrested From RIMS Gate, Manipur

An active cadre of National Revolutionary Front of Manipur (NRFM) from Lamphel RIMS Road near RIMS Gate in Manipur on Tuesday.
     
The cadre identified as Heisnam James Singh alias Kumar (33). One two wheeler vehicle and a mobile phone has been seized from the extremist cadre, informed police.

Police also said that he was involved in extortion of money from various places in Imphal, the capital of Manipur. 

Operations has been intensified against the banned outfits active in the region, said police.
