CM. Dr. Manik Saha Participated In The 113th Episode "Mann Ki Baat"

Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha  participated in the 113th edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's ongoing program "Mann Ki Baat" on Sunday.  

He listened to this great program at a function organized in the hall of Bijayakumar Girls' School in the capital under the initiative of Ramnagar Mandal.

Attending this function, Chief Minister Dr. Saha highlighted the bravery of Chiranjit De, the brave youth of Indranagar. He said, this 30-year-old youth sacrificed his life by going down into the water to save others in the flood situation. I went to his house today. His parents are also physically ill. They had no words to comfort them. I have told his parents that your son cannot be returned. May he be well wherever he is. May his soul rest in peace. People will remember the work he has done throughout his life. The state government will stand by their families. We also have people in Tripura who do not care for themselves. Devoted his life thinking for others. I went to their house and was really overwhelmed. But I also felt proud that there are people in our country who have sacrificed their lives to save the lives of others. Today Prime Minister Narendra Modi also spoke a lot in his Mann Ki Baat program. He raises various unknown issues and facts to us. He is doing this work to unite the whole of India. He collected reports from different places and presented these issues to everyone in the Man Ki Baat program on the last Sunday of every month.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that Tripura is the only state where e-offices have been connected from Cabinet to State, District, Sub-division and Tristar Panchayats. It has been possible in a very short period of time. Apart from this, the 'Amar Sarkar' program has also been implemented very well. I had to discuss this at the Chief Ministers' Conference held in Delhi. Basically, my government idea has been implemented so that there is no distance between the people and our representatives. In other words, this government is our government so that everyone gets this idea. One of the objectives of this Bharatiya Janata Party led government is to solve the basic problems of every people of the state. This government is working for the welfare of people with that goal.

Chief Minister Dr. Saha also said that Tripura has received maximum rainfall this time. Due to which flood situation has arisen in the entire state. More than 493 mm of rainfall has occurred here. which we have never heard or seen. And I have been awake all night monitoring to deal with the flood situation. We all worked tirelessly together. Administration officials worked day and night. I myself have visited various flood affected areas on the ground. Officers have come forward with enthusiasm to deal with this dire situation. The Chief Minister said, yesterday also we held an all-party meeting to overcome the flood situation. Representatives of all parties participated there. We did not discuss politics in the meeting. All expressed their views and emphasized on working in unison for the overall welfare of the state. If there is any problem, I will solve it with everyone. We all want to go together.
