CM Manik Saha Visits Ailing BJP Tripura President in Hospital

State BJP president and Member of Parliament Rajiv Bhattacharya was admitted to ILS Hospital in the capital city after suddenly falling ill on Friday. According to family sources, he had been suffering from chest pain for several days and was brought to the hospital after his condition worsened.

Doctors conducted emergency medical examinations and advised immediate angioplasty due to blockage in the heart. The procedure was successfully carried out, and Rajiv Bhattacharya is currently under observation in the ICU. Hospital authorities said his condition remains stable, and continuous medical monitoring is underway.

Upon receiving the news, Chief Minister Professor Dr. Manik Saha rushed to the hospital to visit the ailing leader. He spoke to the doctors and inquired about the MP’s health condition. The Chief Minister informed that several tests are in progress, and Bhattacharya may be taken outside the state for advanced treatment if required and after consultation with his family members.
