Complete The Renovation Work of Tripura Sundari Temple Soon: Biplab Deb In LS

MP Biplap Kumar Deb demanded in the Parliament session to complete the renovation work of Tripureshwari temple in Udaipur under Gomati District of Tripura as soon as possible.

On Monday Deb said in the Lok Sabha that, "under the Prasad project, initiatives have been taken to decorate the Mata Tripura Sundari Temple in a new form. Every year lakhs of devotees come to visit the temple . Therefore, the surrounding infrastructure is being developed keeping in mind the benefits of the pilgrims". 

"For this, the Ministry of Tourism of the Central Government has previously approved Rs 37.8 crore. But to complete the development work additional 17. 61 crore required" he said.

Therefore, he drew the attention of the Union Tourism Minister to complete the construction work quickly by allocating the additional funds
