Critics Welcomes The Decision of Joe Biden's Step Down From Presidential Election

There is political turmoil in America after US President Joe Biden refused to contest the presidential election to be held in November 2024. While the political party Democratic Party has started looking for a new candidate. At the same time, the Republican Party asked Joe Biden to resign. On the other hand, Indian Americans have welcomed Joe Biden's decision. A prominent member of the Indian-American community said that this must have been a difficult decision for him, but he took this step to put America first.

Ravi Batra, a prominent lawyer in New York, says that I welcome President Biden's decision. I accept his decision as the last act to maintain American exceptionalism and the decision of America First. He thanked Biden and said that this must have been a difficult decision for him. Just like every soldier contributes on the battlefield, Biden should give his best last contribution to America.

Batra said that Biden served the country for 50 years. Before becoming President, his tenure as the Senate Foreign Relations Minister in Barack Obama's government was excellent. In his eyes, the people of the country are Americans first, Republicans and Democrats later. Biden knows that he does not make the right face for the Democratic Party. That too at a time when he has to contest against Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. Who was recently shot in the election campaign in Pennsylvania. Even in this moment of extreme crisis, Donald Trump did his best duty and asked to fight with a blood-stained face. He said that Trump fights for democracy. Because if we do not fight, everything will be over.

Al Mason, a leading real estate consultant and entrepreneur in America, said that it was already expected that Biden would drop out of the presidential race. He did a good job. He is also a good person, but he cannot win against Trump. However, Biden-backed Kamala Harris also cannot defeat Trump. Because she has no appeal in the electoral field and states. He also said that it is impossible to defeat Trump. Especially when he has JD Vance as his vice-presidential candidate, who has a good hold in states like Arizona, North Carolina, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

US President Joe Biden will no longer contest the US presidential election. He has distanced himself from the upcoming presidential election. He announced this late on Sunday night and also wrote a letter to the countrymen.

In this letter, he mentioned his tenure and the special work done during this time and also said, 'I express my deep gratitude to all those who have worked so hard to see me re-elected. I would like to thank Vice President Kamala Harris for being an extraordinary partner in all this work and I express my heartfelt gratitude for the trust and confidence shown in me by the American people.'

Joe Biden said, 'In the last three and a half years, we have made a lot of progress as a nation. Today America is the strongest economy in the world. We have made historic investments in rebuilding our nation, reducing the cost of medicines for senior citizens and expanding affordable medical services for a record number of Americans. We have provided much-needed care to one million veterans exposed to toxic substances.'

Referring to his tenure, he wrote that "The first gun security law in 30 years was passed. The first African American woman was appointed to the Supreme Court and the most important climate law in the history of the world was passed. America has never been in a better position to lead than today. I know that none of this could have been done without you, the American people.'

"We overcame a once-in-a-century pandemic and the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. We have protected our democracy and we have revived and strengthened our alliances around the world. Serving as your President has been the greatest honor of my life and while I have always intended to run for re-election, I believe it is in the best interests of my party and the country that I stand down and focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President for the remainder of my term, I will speak to them" he said.

Joe Biden expressed gratitude to the American people and said, 'The nation will explain my decision in more detail later this week. For now, I express my deep gratitude to all those who have worked so hard to see me re-elected. I want to thank Vice President Kamala Harris for being an extraordinary partner in all of this work and I express my heartfelt gratitude for the faith and trust shown in me by the American people. I still believe what I always have, that there is nothing that America cannot do. We just have to remember that we are the United States of America.
