Donald Trump and Indian-origin Kamala Harris have agreed to debate on September 10 next month. American TV news ABC has confirmed this. This will be the first time that there will be a face-to-face debate between Trump and Kamala.
According to CNN's report, Trump wants to have 3 debates with Kamala. Trump said in a press conference on Thursday that it is very important to have debates. He is ready for debates with Fox on September 4, with ABC on December 10 and with NBC on September 25.
Trump said that the location of the debates and the number of people attending them are all still under discussion. He said that he is waiting for the other party (Kamal Harris) to agree for all three debates. Trump said that he is participating in the debates to set his record straight.

He said that Kamala did not even get the required votes to become a presidential candidate and now she is contesting the elections.

Trump further said that she is not even worthy of debating with him, yet he will participate in the debate against her.
Vice President Kamala Harris had already agreed to the debate on ABC News.
She said on Thursday that she is happy that Trump has agreed for the debates. I am eagerly waiting for this. I hope he will come for the debate. When asked if she is ready for the rest of the debates, she said that she is ready for one more debate after September 10.
Earlier this week, Trump had said that if Kamala Harris does not participate in the Fox News debate on September 4, then he will not participate in the rest of the debates with her. There is no clear information about whether Kamala Harris will participate in the debates on September 4 or not.
