IND vs ENG 3rd Test: England Takes 2 Runs Lead

England has taken a lead of 2 runs in the second innings. India scored 387 runs in the first innings, the same as England.
India started playing on the third day with a score of 145/3 in the first innings.
Rishabh Pant hit a fifty, he shared a 141-run partnership with KL Rahul for the fourth wicket. Pant scored 74 runs.
Rahul completed his century in the second session, but he was out just after scoring 100 runs.
Rahul scored his second century at Lord's Cricket Ground. He has also scored a Test century against England in 2021. In the lower middle order, Ravindra Jadeja scored 72, Nitish Reddy scored 30 and Washington Sundar scored 23 runs to take India to 387 runs. Chris Woakes took 3 wickets and Ben Stokes took 2 wickets from England.
In the third session, England also started batting in their second innings. Jaspreet Bumrah bowled the only over for India, Jack Crowley scored 2 runs against him.
India started their first innings in the second session of the second day. Yashasvi Jaiswal became the victim of Jofra Archer after scoring 13 runs.
Karun Nair managed the situation, but he was out after scoring 40 runs. Captain Shubman Gill, who came at number-4, did not last long and returned to the pavilion after scoring only 16 runs.
India lost 3 wickets at a score of 107 runs. From here, opener KL Rahul hit a fifty. Along with him, Rishabh Pant also returned not out.
Ben Stokes and Chris Woakes from England also took 1-1 wickets. England was all out after scoring 387 runs in the first innings.
England won the toss on Thursday and came out to bat first and scored 251 runs on the first day of the third Test. Joe Root played an innings of 99 runs and returned not out along with Ben Stokes. Jack Crowley returned to the pavilion after scoring 18 runs, Ben Duckett 23, Ollie Pope 44 and Harry Brook 11 runs.
