IND vs ENG Manchester Test: English Openers Made Century Partnership, India All Out For 358 Runs

The fourth test of the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy is being played between India and England in Manchester. 

On the second day of the match, India was all out after scoring 358 runs in its first innings. 

England's openers made a very strong start and made a century partnership.

Jack Crowley scored 84 and Ben Duckett scored 94. Joe Root and Ollie Pope returned not out. Both will carry forward England's innings on the third day of the match. 

The third day's play will start at 3.30 pm.

India all out for 358 runs India started playing from a score of 264/4 on the second day of the match. 

The team lost the last 6 wickets in making 94 runs. Rishabh Pant came out to bat despite being injured. He scored 54 runs. 

Apart from him, Shardul Thakur scored 41, Washington Sundar scored 27 and Ravindra Jadeja scored 20 runs to take India's score to 358.

Captain Ben Stokes took 5 wickets for England. Jofra Archer got 3 wickets. He sent Ravindra Jadeja, Jaspreet Bumrah and Rishabh Pant to the pavilion on the second day of the match. Chris Woakes and Liam Dawson took 1-1 wickets.

England made a strong start England started their innings in the second session of the second day. Openers Ben Duckett and Jack Crawley scored 77 runs and the second session ended. Both of them hit their fifties in the third session. Crawley was dismissed after scoring 84 runs and his 166-run partnership with Duckett was broken. Ben Duckett was also dismissed after scoring 94 runs. Joe Root returned not out after scoring 11 and Ollie Pope returned not out after scoring 20 runs. Both will continue their innings today with this score. England scored 225 runs. The team is currently 133 runs behind.

England chose to bowl at Old Trafford on Wednesday. By the end of the day's play, India scored 264 runs at the loss of 4 wickets. 

Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 58 and Sai Sudarshan scored 61 runs. Ravindra Jadeja and Shardul Thakur returned unbeaten after scoring 19 runs each
