Now on Sunday, India will have a chance to win the Women's Asia Cup (in white ball format) for the eighth time. The second semi-final is between Sri Lanka and Pakistan. India will play against the team that wins this semi-final.

Renuka's form was not good before the Women's Asia Cup. She was left out in two of the three T20 matches against South Africa. Renuka made a comeback in a very important match of the big tournament. She gave big blows to Bangladesh in the powerplay, from which the team could not recover.

Her three wickets in three overs foiled Bangladesh's plan of an all-out attack. Bangladesh's team could score only 21 runs after losing three wickets in the first five overs.

From the sixth to the ninth over, Bangladesh's Nigar Sultana tried to stay on the wicket. She hit only one boundary and played 19 dot balls. Radha dismissed her on the first ball of the 10th over.

Bangladesh's second most experienced batsman Rumana Ahmed played 11 balls and returned after scoring 1 run. In 20 overs, Bangladesh's team could score only 80 runs after losing 8 wickets. In this way, India got a target of 81 runs to win. Nigar Sultana scored the highest 32 runs from Bangladesh.

Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma came to the field as openers for India and made a mark in no time. Mandhana scored 55 runs in 39 balls at a strike rate of 141. She hit 9 fours and a six.

Shafali scored 26 runs at a strike rate of 92.85. Shafali hit two fours in her innings. Bangladesh bowlers tried hard to get the Indian openers out, but they did not succeed. India won the match by scoring 2 runs more than the target in 11 overs without losing any wicket
