Iran has reportedly carried out its 83rd missile strike against Israel, marking a further escalation in the ongoing conflict.
According to statements from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the latest offensive involved a combination of long- and medium-range missiles, along with drones. Notably, videos circulating on social media appeared to show Iranian personnel inscribing messages such as “Thank You India” and “Thank You People of India” on the missiles prior to launch. Similar messages were reportedly directed toward Spain, Pakistan, and Germany, which Iran claims have extended support.
Iran stated that the gesture was intended as a symbolic expression of gratitude toward these nations.
The strikes were said to have targeted key Israeli military installations, as well as United States military assets stationed in the Gulf region. Among the reported targets was a facility in Bahrain believed to house Patriot air defence systems.
However, independent verification of these claims remains limited, and officials from Israel and the United States have not yet publicly confirmed the extent of the damage.
