Ishan 5th, Bumrah Jumps to 8th in T20 Rankings

In the latest ICC T20 rankings, Indian opener Ishan Kishan has climbed three spots to secure the fifth position. Among bowlers, Jasprit Bumrah has made a significant leap of seven places, rising to eighth.

Abhishek Sharma continues to lead the T20 batting rankings despite a below-par performance. Although he had a modest start in the World Cup, he maintains a commanding 62-point lead over England’s Phil Salt. Pakistan’s Sahibzada Farhan has advanced two positions to claim third place, accumulating 810 rating points.

In the bowling rankings, Jasprit Bumrah has surged from 15th to eighth place after claiming three wickets against South Africa, taking his tally to 669 rating points. Corbin Bosch has registered a remarkable jump of 21 places to move into third position, while Varun Chakravarthy retains the top spot among bowlers.

Among all-rounders, Zimbabwe captain Sikandar Raza has reclaimed the No. 1 ranking. Shivam Dube has progressed two places to seventh, while Afghanistan’s Mohammad Nabi has entered the top 10, securing the eighth position.
