Nicholas Pooran Breaks The Record of Chris Gayle

Nicholas Pooran has achieved a big milestone in the Caribbean Premier League. 

In fact, Nicholas Pooran has become the batsman who has hit the most sixes in a calendar year. 

This wicketkeeper batsman has broken the record of Chris Gayle, popularly known as Universe Boss. Playing for Trinidad Knight Riders on Saturday, Nicholas Pooran scored 97 runs in 43 balls. 

He also broke Chris Gayle's record. At the same time, Trinidad Knight Riders won this match by 44 runs.

Chris Gayle hit a record 135 sixes in the year 2015. At the same time, the Universe Boss hit 121 sixes in 2012. While he hit 116 sixes in 2011. So far this year, Nicholas Pooran has hit 139 sixes.
