One Arrested Involved in Answer Key Leak of TTAADC Recruitmennt Exam

Police arrested a person for allegedly leaking the TTADC recruitment exam question paper. 42-year-old Chayan Saha was arrested from Adviser Chowmuhani in Agartala on Sunday. 

The police came to know during preliminary investigation that the answer sheets were allowed to be copied in his photocopy shop. 

On Saturday, the answer sheet came from there through social media. The TTAADC administration announced the postpone of the job examination after the question paper became public.

Recruitment board member Pradeep Debbarma specifically filed a case against Sujan Ghosh and Chayan Sahar for leaking the answer sheet. 

Accordingly, the police of West Agartala police station started investigation with case number 70/2024. Initially the photocopy shop owner Chayan Saha was called to the police station and questioned. Chayan Saha has been arrested after confirming the initial truth. 

According to the investigating police officer, Data Mohan Jamatia, chairman of the recruitment board, had given the answer sheet to the photocopy shop of Adviser Chowmuhani.

From there, the answer sheet was leaked by Chayan Saha's hand. The police have received a case of 120B, 480, 420 and 371 IPC and are investigating the question paper leak.

TTAADC Sub Zonal Officer and Deputy Principal Officer recruitment exams was scheduled to held on Sunday. Examination was to be conducted for 110 vacant posts. In the meantime, the question paper was leaked on Saturday. 

A sensation was created centering the whole incident. The issue spread through social media. In the afternoon, Recruitman Board Chairman Data Mohan Jamatia held an emergency press conference at Agartala Press Club along with CEO and Deputy CEO who announced the suspension of the recruitment test. 

A case was registered at West Agartala police station. Police arrested one person on Sunday.
