Political Upheaval After Decision Of Abolish The Break For Namaz In Assam

The 2-hour break for namaz in Assam assembly has been abolished. Earlier, a two-hour break was given for offering namaz.
The state's Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma is continuously taking big decisions, on which questions are being raised.
Now the Friday namaz break is over in Assam. The 2-hour break given for Friday prayers in the Assam Assembly has now been abolished.
Earlier, Muslim MLAs used to get leave for two hours to read namaz, but now this will not happen. Assam Assembly Speaker Vishwajit Daimary has canceled the two-hour leave given to Muslim MLAs for namaz.
The Assembly Speaker has said that this will increase productivity in the House and the proceedings of the Assembly will go on like normal days.
There is a political upheaval after this order, but the state Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma is justifying this decision
