Rain Spoiled The First Day Of IND vs BAN 2nd Test

The second and last match of the two-match Test series between India and Bangladesh begins in Kanpur from  Friday, 27 September. 

The toss was delayed due to rain and wet outfield on the first day. 

India won the toss and decided to bowl first and fast bowler Akashdeep gave the team a good start. 

However, after the lunch break, day's game was declared cancelled due to rain and poor light after nine overs.

By the end of the first day's play, Bangladesh has scored 107 runs after losing three wickets. Mushfiqur Rahim scored.

By the lunch break on the first day, Bangladesh has scored 74 runs at the loss of 2 wickets. Both these successes were given to India by Akashdeep. 

Just after the lunch break, Ashwin gives India the third success by dismissing Shanto LBW. Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bowl first. 

There is no change in the Indian team. The toss was delayed due to the wet ground. In this match to be played at the Green Park Stadium, Team India will be eyeing to clean sweep the visitors. 

India had defeated Bangladesh by 280 runs in the first match of the series. By winning the second Test, Team India will be eyeing to strengthen its number-1 position in the World Test Championship points table.
