Power Minister Ratan Lal Nath on Sunday participated in a high-level organisational meeting of booth-level functionaries from the 14-Wakinagar–Bodhjangnagar constituency under the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC), convened in view of the forthcoming council elections.
The meeting brought together grassroots representatives from three Village Committees of the Simna Assembly constituency, eight from Mohanpur, two from Bamutia and five from Mandai, reflecting a broad-based mobilisation across multiple Assembly segments. Senior leaders, including the BJP Sadar Rural District President and Mandal Presidents of Simna, Mohanpur and Bamutia, were also in attendance.
Addressing the gathering, Nath exuded confidence that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) would secure a decisive mandate and form the governing body in the upcoming TTAADC elections. He underscored that comprehensive deliberations were undertaken to fortify the party’s organisational architecture and to strategise an effective pathway to electoral victory in the 14-Wakinagar–Bodhjangnagar constituency.
The minister noted that the discussions were substantive and outcome-oriented, centring on booth-level consolidation, cadre coordination and calibrated campaign execution. He emphasised that the party has adopted a proactive and methodical approach, with advance planning and structured implementation mechanisms already in motion.
Reiterating the party’s commitment to disciplined and guideline-driven political engagement, Nath asserted that intensified organisational activities would be rolled out in the coming days to ensure optimal electoral performance in the council polls.
