Six Bangladeshi Women Infiltrators Arrested From MBB Airport

Airport Police arrested eight Bangladeshi women nationals including two children from MBB Airport for infiltration in Tripura.
Bangladeshi women nationals arrested in this regard said that they entered Tripura through Narayanpur border.
They entered India by cutting the barbed wire fence along the Indo-Bangladesh border by paying Rs 12,000 per head.
They also said that the broker provided them fake Indian identity cards, Aadhar cards in exchange of Rs 1000. They were about to left for Ahmedabad.
In this regard, OC of Airport Police Station Abhijit Mondal said that after getting information that some people were roaming suspiciously at Agartala Airport, the police went and arrested them. They admitted to entering India illegally during police interrogation.
He said that the police have started investigation in this case against them and they have been produced before the court.
Those arrested are Lucky Akhtar, Seema Khara, Mohammad Sohagi Akhtar, Rehena Sheikh, Miss Fatema and 2 children with them from Noakhali, Gopalganj, Laxmipur, Mymensingh, Jamalpur districts of Bangladesh
