The Bangladesh team took part in the first practice session on Monday and sweated it out in the nets. The team led by Nazmul Hussain Shanto reached Chennai on Sunday. 

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has shared a video in which the team is seen preparing for the Test series against India. During this, the batsmen faced throwdown experts and their focus was on dealing with the spin challenge of the Indian team. It is known that pitches that help spinners are usually prepared in Chennai. 

Bangladesh team is currently in good form and has come to India tour with increased confidence. Bangladesh recently won the Test series against Pakistan 2-0. This was their first Test series win on Pakistani soil. 

Bangladesh defeated Pakistan by 10 wickets in the first Test match, while in the second Test match they won by six wickets. 

Bangladesh captain Shanto is fully aware of India's strength, but he believes that the team has come into this series with extra confidence. Shanto has expressed confidence in winning both the matches of the series. 

He said, "This is a challenging series for us, but after a good series in Pakistan, our team and country have extra confidence. Every series is an opportunity and we will play to win both the matches. The process is important and we need to do our job well."
