Teliamura: Forester Murder Scene Recreated By Accused Wife, Lover

Wife arrested along with promoter lover in Forester murder incident which took place in Teliamura under Khowai district of Tripura.
On Sunday police recreated the murder scene at the spot. Both the accused gave description how they organized the murder and threw the dead body on road side.
The body of forester Kinkar Debnath, working as a beat officer of the forest department, was recovered in Palinpur area under Teliamura police station on Friday morning last.
The recovery and location of the body led to the conclusion that it was a premeditated murder.
Meanwhile, immediately after the incident, it was claimed by the family of the deceased forester that someone had called him on Thursday night from the house.
However, the police conducted its own investigation and within 24 hours of the incident, it became clear to the police that no one else was behind the murder of the forester Kinkar Debnath, but his wife Purnima Debnath.
According to the police a local, promoter Amit Ghosh had an illicit relationship with the Kinkar Debnat's wife, Purnima Debnath for a long time.
Due to this illicit relationship, Purnima planned to remove Kinkar from her life by giving him sleeping pills on Thursday night. Later she throttled him and called her promoter lover Amit Ghosh.
After this, in typical filmy style, Kinkar Debnath's body was taken away on a motorbike, some distance from the house, and dumped in the Pulinpur area of the Assam Agartala National Highway, and an attempt was made to create a drama that someone else was behind this premeditated murder.
However, since the incident, the police have been targeting wife Purnima, and during police interrogation, Purnima has admitted that she along with her illicit lover had planned the murder.
It is also known that promoter Amit Ghosh has a wife with a daughter. However, after interrogation Purnima and Amit both confessed their guilt and said they are involved in the murder.
On Sunday both the accused recreated the murder scene in front of the police.
