Train Movement Become Normal in Tripura After Cyclone Remal

Cyclone Remal affected rail services in Tripura.

No trains were running between Agartala-Sabroom route on Monday. 

All three pairs of demo trains have been cancelled. 

Agartala-Silchar Express was also cancelled. Trains between Agartala and Silchar were suspended on Monday. 

Only demo trains ran between Agartala-Dharmanagar in the morning and afternoon. 

Janashtabdi Express runs till Arunachal station. However, Tejas Rajdhani Express left Agartala station for Delhi on Monday night.

Meanwhile, North East Frontier Railway informed that all trains services has been restored  on Tuesday. 

The restriction that was decided  for two days on Monday and Tuesday initially not remains on Tuesday. 

Agartala station in-charge TI Munna Yadav said that train movement is normal on Tuesday. All trains also running on Sabroom route. Agartala Silchar Express also running as usual.
