A grand administrative camp was held on Saturday at the premises of JB School, Tuifania Lunga Tea Estate in Bamutia block.

The program was attended by the state Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha, administrative officers and local public representatives.

The Chief Minister said today that Tripura is the only state in the country where e-office is operational everywhere from the cabinet to the three-tier panchayat. Earlier, even when the common people used to visit the office repeatedly, no one would listen to their words, now that situation has changed.

He further said that the state government's aim is to bring good governance to every home. The administration is committed to providing services at the doorstep of the people.

Regarding the health sector, the Chief Minister said that a 100-bed eye hospital will be built in the state at a cost of Rs 5 crore. Besides, a series of meetings are being held with the AIIMS delegation to further improve the health infrastructure in the state.

At the tree plantation programme, the Chief Minister said, nature teaches us that we should walk hand in hand with each other. Planting trees is not only for the environment, but also a symbol of building relationships.

In this program, local people and tea workers received pattas from the Chief Minister and expressed gratitude to the government for such an initiative.
