Tripura CM Holds Meeting With Party Leaders Centering Panchayat Polls

In view of the upcoming Three-tier Panchayat elections in Tripura, a meeting was held in the priesthood of CM Dr Manik Saha. 

The meeting was attended by state BJP Mahamantri Ravindra Raju, state BJP president Rajib Bhattacharya and others. 

The meeting was attended by the state BJP leaders including state ministers and MLAs. The results of the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections has been also reviewed in this  meeting held on Monday night. 

Two Lok Sabha constituencies in the state registered a good results in the Lok Sabha elections for BJP. 

In view of that, the Chief Minister Dr. Saha has praised the BJP leaders and activists. He credits collective efforts for this result. 

The Chief Minister also expressed satisfaction as there was no untoward incidents during the Lok Sabha elections and post-election. 

The chief minister asked the party functionaries for a disciplined effort in view of the upcoming panchayat elections. 

He also gave a message to strengthen the party organization at the booth level. The BJP leadership has also emphasized on the development projects of the government and the picture of progress to the people. At the same time party functionaries are also called upon to connect with the people at the grass roots level. 

Ministers Ratan Lal Nath, Pranajit Singh Roy, Shantana Chakma, general secretary of two provinces of the party Amit Rakshit, Bhagwan Chandra Das and other BJP officials were present in the meeting.
