Presidential elections are to be held in America this year. There is a tussle between the Republican Party and the Democratic Party for victory. Meanwhile, after Joe Biden withdrew from the presidential race, the responsibility of the Democratic Party has fallen on the shoulders of Vice President Kamala Harris. 

Meanwhile, there is news that Kamala Harris has received the support of 3,60,000 people. Kamala Harris's election team has given information about this. 

According to Harris's election team, this proves that Kamala Harris, who is contesting against former President Donald Trump, is getting grassroots support.  

Let us tell you that Kamala Harris officially announced her candidacy after Joe Biden withdrew from the presidential election race. It is believed that Kamala Harris's name will be officially confirmed at the Democratic National Convention to be held in Chicago next month. 

If Kamala Harris wins the election on November 5, she will not only be the first woman President of America but also the first Indian-American as well as the first Asian and first black woman President. Earlier on Sunday, Kamala Harris's election team claimed to have raised $200 million within a week. 

Kamala Harris's election team director Dan Kanninen said, "We are seeing tremendous enthusiasm for Kamala Harris's campaign. Within the first week, we raised $200 million, in which new donors contributed two-thirds. 

Now today we have received the support of 3,60,000 new people." Dan Kanninen further said that by this weekend we have got the support of 170,000 new supporters. On Saturday, Kamala Harris had said, we are neglected in the presidential race. Kanninen further said, "This support that the Vice President is getting from the grassroots level is completely true and meaningful. Now our goal is to convert this enthusiasm into action.
