Wild Elephants Enters Residential Locality in Teliamura. Killed Cattle

The common people of Teliamura sub-division under Khowai District of Tripura  are fed up with the attack of elephants. 

Wild elephants have been attacking various places of Teliamura almost constantly, especially during at night time. 

It is alleged that the common people are not getting rid of the attacks of elephants even though promises have been made by various political leaders and administrative officials to get rid of the rampage of wild elephants. 

The people of various rural areas under Teliamura sub-division are helpless due to the continuous attacks of elephants. 

Again, a group of wild elephants went on rampage and killed a cattle in the dark of night. The incident took place on Saturday night in Kapali Tila area under Teliaamura Police Station under Krishnapur Assembly Constituency. 

According to the details of the incident, a group of wild elephants made a sudden rampage in Kapali Tila area that night. 

And on a rampage, a herd of wild elephants killed the domestic cattle (cow) of a person named Amal Chowdhury living in the area. 

Later, other people living in the area immediately informed the police administration and the forest department to get rid of the elephants in the area, but no one was found at the spot. 

In the current situation, the people of various rural areas of the subdivision have started to collectively demand that the department or the administration take necessary measures to get rid of the attacks of wild elephants.
